     COBRAsource Will Accept for Payment:
  • VISA or MasterCard Credit Cards Only. Convenience fees may be charged by the credit card clearing house. Fees charged by the clearing house cannot be refunded.
  • Direct Payment from a Checking or Savings Account
  • E-Payments are the responsibility of the Qualified Beneficiary
  • Payments will be processed one business day before your scheduled payment date
  • State Continuation payment must be settled and PAID to COBRAsource prior to the first day of each month
  • Pending payments MUST be cancelled at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled payment date or the payment will process as scheduled 
  • If you need to change or cancel your online payment account prior to the 10th of the month, please email your request to benefitrelations@cobrasource.com. Include your COBRAsource account number for proper identification.
